Shipping and Delivery
1. FOODNUTRA delivers products across eligible locations in India through trusted logistics and courier partners. Delivery availability may vary based on the customer's location and serviceability.
2. Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are indicative only and should not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors including courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including the recipient's name, address, landmark, PIN code, mobile number and any other information required for successful delivery.
4. FOODNUTRA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Risk and ownership of the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
6. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, incorrect address, or any other customer-related reason, FOODNUTRA reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
7. Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, customers should refuse delivery or record appropriate evidence before accepting the package and immediately contact our customer support team.
